Tell your legislators to oppose HB4381!
Last year, the Illinois End of Life Options for Terminally Ill Patients Act received a full and thoughtful hearing in the 2025 legislature. It was debated openly. Experts weighed in. Families and advocates shared deeply personal stories. And after careful consideration, Governor Pritzker made a deliberate decision to sign the law last month.
Now, a legislator who opposes the bill because of his personal religious belief has introduced legislation to repeal it. We cannot allow this repeal attempt to move forward quietly.
Take two minutes and write to your legislators and ask that they OPPOSE HB4381!
