New York’s Death with Dignity bill — The New York Medical Aid in Dying Act (A995A/S2445a) — has not yet received a public hearing in 2024. New polling tells us that 72% of New Yorkers support making Death with Dignity legal in New York, and we need legislators to recognize that their constituents need them to listen!
