We should all have the right to die with dignity.

No one should have to choose between living with uncontrolled pain or being sedated, and yet every day in America, people suffering with a terminal illness face these terrible decisions.

They deserve better choices. We all do.

Death with dignity fights for the rights of people who are terminally ill to be able to make their own end-of-life decisions. Right now, that right only exists for a fraction of Americans who live in states that have passed medical aid in dying laws. That means that every year, thousands of people who receive terminal diagnoses will consider uprooting their lives and moving to another state in order to avoid unnecessary suffering in death.

Seven out of ten Americans support the right of people with a terminal illness to die on their own terms. But most Americans won’t have that right, yourself included, unless we shine a light on this problem, and force lawmakers around the country to act.

Support the rights of the dying. Join the fight for freedom at the end of life.
