West Virginia: Vote Against Amendment One

For the first time in history, voters in a US state are being asked to cast a ballot to permanently ban medical aid in dying within its state constitution. State constitutions are supposed to protect our freedoms — not take them away. When the West Virginia Legislature placed Amendment One on the ballot, they put a target on the back of dying patients.

If Amendment One passes, it sets a dangerous precedent for other states, giving our opponents a blueprint to strip away the rights of terminally ill patients across the country.

But you can stop their attempt to take away our freedoms. West Virginians: Vote AGAINST Amendment One.

Not a resident of West Virginia? We all have a role in defeating this dangerous amendment. Together, we can ensure that voters are informed and that we fight back before it’s too late. This is bigger than your own state — this is about defending Death with Dignity for everyone. Donate to the West Virginia “No on Amendment One” Campaign Fund to help us protect terminally ill patients across the country.
