Amendment Becomes Law
On June 5, Governor Polis signed SB068, an amendment to Colorado’s End of Life Options Act, into law. It will take effect on August 7. This marks the first amendment to the law since its passage in 2016.

Colorado End of Life Options Act Passes
In November, Colorado voters pass Proposition 106, the End of Life Options Act, by 65 to 35 percent. The law goes into effect on December 16.
